    Yeah go with PRQ.se, they host wikileaks and the pirate bay. Their based out of sweden where the copyright laws are "sane," so to speak. The servers are run by one of the cofounders of pirate bay and the servers are designed to keep no log files. Also, they have taken on countless legal fights and always have won them: http://thepiratebay.org/legal, but your probably based in the U.S., so IDK.

    they will not sue you immediately.

    they will send a cease and desist, or some type of sabre rattling. if you keep going you better have money for lawyers. if not, just obey them.

    If its hosted in the USA (or EU for the most part) you will get legal threats and may be sued. Its doubtful you will have criminal problems but who cares if you get sued and you are an american citizen running a site like this dont put it in your name and host it outside of the West. Like Asia hosting.
