    Some time while browsing websites .some popup appears where they say we are making money just posting links to google .

    If every one knows Please explain how it works .How to make money to just posting links to google and what type of links they are .and where to post them etc.

    No idea what you are talking about since I never came across such popups. But this might be because I just try to avoid certain doubtfully websites and my popup blocker works pretty good.
    Maybe you can name some example websites where you ran across those popup offers.

    I'll come across such pop-ups many a times but I just don't even care of such pop ups. Instead I suggest to consider to find some good project for seo work.
