How it works? Top Proxies List?

I have some proxies and submitted in some top proxy lists.

May i know how they send traffic?

I don't know how they work....Do i need to send them traffic to get back traffic or am i missing something?

I heard they consider to make site on top ... if site is getting most uniques daily?

you have to send them traffic to get traffic back. unique sites always on top.

 

Is a ranking based in the quantity of visits that you send to the list, more traffic sent are better possitions in the toplist and more visibility and traffic for your site
