    If you wanna make an blog then you should not give such priority to back links. The most important thing is that choose the best subject or the subject that may be your hobby. Unique, user friendly and nice contents is only the best way to attract search engine spider such as Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask etc. Back links are helped only for PageRank not for Traffic that you expect. Anyhow, If you're really looking for nice back link, better you share you site only with higher PR and same subjected site.
