    Terrible. One of my sites, most traffic from Europe, is making about 6 cents CPM.
    I am not impressed!

    Well that's the only place you can sign up. All new accounts have to be approved - this process might be slow because of the holiday. Keep trying and if you don't have any luck maybe email them between Christmas and new year.
