    center adsense is nice but use white background. you use a adsense menu on right. and i can not see now but you can see a black backgrounded on right.

    Background of your ads needs to be changed. For the content area one, make it white not grey. For the one on the right, black it black with white font. The ads need to blend well for good CTR..
