It doesnt look like a diamond to me, looks like the wing of an aeroplane. With paint, not blood. There were some very good comments before, like proxicators comments. Try giving them a chance. Anyway, I dont like to criticize, I simply think that many people could find the design un-attractive for a t-shirt. Its not a logo for a web site or something that doesnt represent a cost, shirts will cost you a lot so take the time to make the best possible. Cheers :)

Dunno if this is necessarily better, but this idea popped into my head when I first saw your design and I thought it might be worth sharing. Certainly would need some refining, but you should be able to get an idea of where I was headed...

I like the diamond in that illustration, WL should try to imitate those grads to achieve a more convincing look. Currently your diamond is looking rather drab rather than a bright highly reflective crystal.
I think the blood WL has used is convincing as well as expressing violent struggles rather than a single drop of blood which suggests little more than a pin prick, and I'm not sure blood has the reflective qualities of Rodaniel's image. Remember however, that blood has a thick consistency and therefore has rounding-off elements that will smooth off edges and go beyond the hard edges of the diamond, so a little bumping will help. Also remember the surface tension of blood will create round edges where the blood stops and the diamond starts.

yea the diamond isn't convincing enough, its too dull, try a bit more vividness, and the cuts are out of place. Try studdying a real image of a diamond.
