I can't figure out where this site is pulling its data from: http://tinyurl.com/d9mxvf Anyone know what database they get this national listings from to display on their site for free?
There are big data bases for that stuff, that if you know the right people you can pull data from. I know there is one in California that has a list price of all houses.
I would be willing to pay if someone can provide direct information on where they are pulling all of there listings from
