I can't figure this out, I'm hoping maybe you guys can enlighten me. How is this site www.antfarmcentral.com number one for almost every keyword I'm going for? My site is www.antstuff.net. I have more backlinks than this site. I have more content. I have a better SEO score (according to whois.domaintools). My site is older. I used to have number one for almost all of these keywords, but I got bumped down a few months ago and so I've been making some changes and to my site and researching why this other site is beating me. I can't see why. Does it have better links than I do? Am I being penalized for something? I don't know? What am I doing wrong? I'm just hoping you guys can see something I can't. Here are my keywords: Ant Farms, Ant Farm, Ants, Live Ants, Antfarms, Antfarm, Ant Farm Supplies
Possibly because you are using Associate-O-Matic and have a pr2 (which shows as expired today by the way and at the moment shows no content) and the other site is hand coded with a google pr3 Associate-O-Matic does leave a "Footprint" google can recognise as an affiliate shop site.
That would make perfect sense, but I only switched to O-Matic about 15 days ago. My site was previously all done with html, with no affiliate products at all. I used to stock and ship everything myself, but it became too much work. I never had a PR higher than 2. Thanks for pointing out the other sites higher PR, but why is it's PR so high? I guess Google has it's reasons. Anyways, thanks for telling me my site just expired. I was using the 30 day trial. I thought I had more time. Do you think it would be better to only post individual products as the other site does?
