    I have seen this url PR is 7! and it's online visitor is only 9!!!

    How it's possible to have PR 7 with that much traffic!!??

    It doesn't matter how many were online when you entered. It's about content, link building and really good SEO.

    PR has nothing to do with traffic to my knowledge.

    ONE link from an authority page like Wikipedia that is PR8 is enough to get you to PR7.

    It actually doesn't matter what amount of visitors was online when you entered the site. I should have at least a million visitor to get page rank 7.

    I know some sites which have PR 0 but have good amount of traffic!! So as mentioned in the above comments, traffic has nothing to do with Page Rank!
