How is this possible?

I just uploaded a brand new page on celebrities to my website today.

When I checked my traffic stats, it showed that someone had already found the the page through google. But it didn't give the entry page ...as it usually does.. it's appears (i could be wrong) that the visitor just typed in the page address url...but how could they know it???

Below is the "entry" url on file in my traffic log for that visitor:

    www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http://www.thedailysearch.com/celebrities.php

Is it possible they used "I'm Feeling Lucky" and this manner of search doesn't record the original search term or phrase that was entered?
