How is this possible??

    I found this site: "http://www.url.biz" have a PR 1 but this page: "http://www.url.biz/Home/" have a PR of 7 with only 1 backlink. Could you tell me how is this possible. :confused:

    http://www.url.biz is PR8 but http://www.url.biz/ is not.

    Someone else reported something similar for another site here at DP a few days ago. Possibly a new Google quirk? Or maybe a new Google toolbar quirk?
