    I'd love to see the page. I've never seen a page with PR that has no links unless it was fake done using redirects. I guess someone could remove their links and look like they have PR without any links, but they would drop all pr that or the next update. Dunno what the point of doing that would be though as it would not benefit you in any way. Google themselves say PR comes from links, and yes internal links count because they spread the juice as well.
