How is this possible? PR2?

    I have submitted my website in google for indexing 3 weeks a ago. Sitemap is without any errors. Robots.txt is fine as well. Google has still not indexed a single page from my website, but recently got a PR2.

    any idea whats going on?

    Sometimes google don't give you accurate information, another option is yahoo Site Explorer. :D

    Isn't .co.uk part of a blogging network? I may be wrong about that, but that could be why your personal site isn't indexed yet, but why you have a PR 2. The network may be helping you out with this...

    .co.uk is not a blogging network. it is the ccTLD for the UK!

    .It is actually one of the biggest ccTLD on the net!

    Nearly every registrar sells them, godaddy, namepros, enom, name any and they will have it.

    Try to submit article to bookmarking which can help to get indexed.
    By the way, PR is about backlink, you can still have PR without indexed

    I have done a lot of article submission and bookmarking. Some 3 way link exchange as well, but nothing, i m not really sure if there is a problem or its google who is taking longer time to get my website indexed.

    this is completely insane... when i checked my sitemap in google webmaster tool. Its says

    Sitemap type Web
    Format Sitemap
    Submitted Sep 25, 2008
    Last downloaded by Google Oct 2, 2008
    Status OK
    Total URLs in Sitemap 237
    Indexed URLs in Sitemap 204

    when i check on google using link:, site:, cache: info:
    nothing appears.

    Help appreciated.
