How is this killer page created? What software used???

As I was browsing I found this killer facebook page in page 1 of Google.

And my pages are like this facebook.com/PAGES/....
How did he/she made it facebook.com/PREFERED TEXT ???

 

Simple, after you have Likes>=25 you can create a username for your page. Everyone can do that. That's not a big deal.

Just create a fan page...and then set a "username" for it. the "username" it's will be the actual end of the url facebook.com/username

That is not a software. They used "Static HTML" plugin, just search in facebook. They made a graphic and just mapped it with roll over menu. I have similar page, I just made simple shopping look like page but it re-directs to my actual product.
