    No. How is a keyword for a show good traffic when you've got a games site? People searching for stomp want info on tickets, not to play games.

    No, you'll get people going there by accident, seeing it's not about what they want and clicking away.
    If you want people to find you for games, as peter.walls says, do proper keyword research on what search terms people use to find games.

    More popular Keywords are better but they have strong competition. So you have ti choose whether to compete or to promote words as you have to optimize

    On seeing your site, you can use Play Stomp online, Play Online games,Free Download Stomp Games keyword like that.

    I think these kind of traffic can bring unique visitors to your site.

    You seem to be looking at keyword research completely wrong. Keyword research is not about finding the highest daily searched keyword and then bringing that traffic to your website.

    Keyword research is about finding "relevant" keywords which have high amounts of daily searches and low competition which will bring "relevant" traffic which is targeted to your website.
