Here is a really simple way for innovative clever thinkers like yourself to make money.

    Make a website
    Add affiliate links
    Buy from your own links

    Circular Redundancy.

There is a reason some people never make any money.

It's a bad idea. If Google catches you, then your account gets banned forever.

    It is a stupid idea.

It is not going to work.

Only morons use such tricks and then get banned.

Google does not pay for excessive clicks. Going to a internet cafe for 1-2 clicks doesn't make sense.

Useless clicks will get the Adsense account "smart priced".

If clicks come from the same geographical location, Google will easily detect the fraud.

I hope my post is simple enough for morons to understand.

    Thank you.

Not very clever, over the long term some patterns will begin to emerge. And that's how you get caught. To truly catch out Google the whole process has to be truly random in time and space, which is nearly impossible to accomplish on a global scale. People always tend to revert to some pattern of behaviour which can easily be detected by the Algorithms used by Google.

The best bet is to actually make a decent site, with good content and draw some traffic to it.
Cutting corners can only give you some short term success before you get caught. So it's never worth the risk.
