hey guys, how is the following graphic? ill be using as my logo for new software house. i know its a bit too complicated but i like it. regards, mustafaeguib
There's something wrong with your laptop; there's no space bar and only a tiny trackpad. It's also extremely thin.
oops, actually forgot to include in a space bar, will do that. its the laptop of the future, though future laptops will be extremely small this one is in the light weight category.
It also looks like when you close the laptop, the bottom half of the keyboard will still be exposed. Is this the future of laptops?
Yeah, the dimensions are a little weird. If you could improve that somehow it'll look pretty good I think.
here is the updated graphic. i have tried to fix the dimensions and also a bit of perspective, and include joiners that join the screen with the body of the laptop. i have further reduced the width of the laptop, hence making it even slimmer than any laptop found today . oh ya, actually i had made a space bar. when i reduced the size of the graphic it also shrunk. now i have also increased the width of the space bar and also the touch pad. i am making software singular after kerosene pointed it out. softwares is actually wrong english. :embarrassED smiley: ... see i learned something new already. anyways thanks guys and keep it coming.
I think it is a good logo... simplicity is key when you are looking for a eyecatching logo.. somthing sharp and crisp. Remember as well when designing logo how it will flow on other projects, businesscards ect. I think it needs a focal point. Your eye is drawn in a bunch of different directions and its hard to focus on what your trying to convey to the viewer. Example: Apple Logo, Target Logo, ect. Straight and to the point. What does MN stand for? I think you are talented im just giving my 2cents from a designers point of view. I hope i don't sound harsh im always so worried about that...
To me it just looks funny overall. istockphoto has tons of laptops you can buy then slap your txt over it For example:
Yeah that 2d and 3d look is missing, although nice try if its your first time. But still loads of space for improvement.
I feel that our work is good. But did you think that if your logo is colorful than its looks preety much good. Regards SAM
