i always wondered how thats done, is it a code or something you put in, or google does it automatically?
They're called "sitelinks" From this page ( google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=47334 ) on Google's WebMaster Help Center:
If I'm not mistaken these are known as sitelinks,. Google automatic added sub-listings on the search results which they think will be useful to the user
if you're lucky enough for google to do this to your site, you can edit/verify the sitelinks through google's webmaster site.
google create sitelinks for sites which google thinks will help users, u can't do anything to make sitelinks
Actually that is really the sitelinks.. As what google says about it that if the pages are of importance to the user then they put it there if not there is no sitelinks displayed... More on this link.
