They're called sitelinks. Google does it, you don't,
Google are using them more and more - a good structure is the main way to nudge google into giving your listing sitelinks.

 

So how can we make a sitelink, or Google does for us?
How to encourage Google to do so?

 

How come some websites have it and some don't? Do the get the info from the websites sitemap location?

Just make a good site structure and submit a site map to google webmaster tool. My friend is able to replicate this for most of his clients.

sitelinks are provided by only when you have mutiple category and in that there are many subcategories. And if all those catergories are internally linked with each other in well mannered then you got site link for your site.

Secondly site link appears only when you type the domain name of a site unless it will never show your site for any generic keywords.

Also there are very few cases in which site links are show for generic keywords.

Internal pages should really have high PR for that to be accomplished. Am I right gurus?
