How is this blog done?

Can anyone tell me how this blog is done? This blog regularly posts articles from other people. She does not write all her own content.

    http://www.organicauthority.com/

How is the content being added to this website, and does one need permission from the author of the articles to be able to repost this content on her website?

Any ideas? I ask as this is something I would like to do, only do not know the procedure.
    Many thanks :)

Maybe it's autoblog, grabbing content from others blog.

You mean the whole content copied from another site?

The admin must have given rights to various people to post only the articles on the blog. You have an option on wordpress where you can make many authors who wishes to post articles on regular basis ;)

if you make your RSS feed available to the public your offering your content for free. This is the implied right!

I have seen many blogs which don't even asks for permission from the original author and i also can't seem to find any impact of the Google's recent update on such blogs, they just use some WP pluggins to auto post from different feeds on their own blog and still ranking under top positions for most competitive keywords
this is just an algorithm fail in my eyes and i am very positive because it happened with me too. i have published an article on my blog and after a day or two the article has been posted on another blog which has xxxxx number of such blog posts but ironically when you search for the keywords used in the article on Google you will find the same auto blog in the top 10 results and this is a real pain to be honest here.

It might be an autoblog or a blog that relies on guest posting. There is a site my Guest Blog wherein we can find content (unique) for publishing on our blog.
