Check some of the SEO tips that i have researched they are as important as the keywords in URL and Title tags.
The header tags add structure to a webpage which are of great importance to SEO. They also give a sense of 'importance' to the content within the header tags, because it tells (or is supposed to anyways) what the content to follow will be about. The tags allow the search engines to quickly pick up and determine exactly what a web page is going to be about.
It helps google to identify a list of keywords that are relevant to your websites content. It is advised to use keywords in your heading tag for best possible onsite SEO.
Without keyword stuffing of course. Do not blatantly fill a header tag with keywords for the purpose of SEO. It doesn't work that way, and the search engines do a good job of detecting keyword stuffing.
Heading tags label your headline so that search engines will recognize it as "important" on your web page. The heading tags will make your headline bolder so it will stand out. The following examples show how your headlines and sub-headings might look within a heading tag in the raw HTML code. <h1>5 Ways to Skyrocket Your Web Business</h1> <h2>1. Test Your Content for Results</h2> <h2>2. This is just a test </h2> When the importance of a heading is established with HTML tags, you're actually making it easy for the search engine robots to determine what your web page is all about. The search engine doesn't have to guess at it. It can see exactly what your main topic is and place you under the appropriate keywords so your potential customers will be able to find you on the WWW.
Why the hell are you all answering this guy who portrays himself as a professional SEO company asking such a question.. jees.. wake up guys!
The better question is why are you going around and flaming every single post instead of offering valuable information. Who these people are is irrelevant. People are here to learn, and unless you are offering help or something valuable why even waste your time or theirs? I think he has received plenty of valuable feedback, without your unnecessary commentary.
You are right, we should be encouraging 'SEO EXPERTS' to know FA about their trade... I pity your clients with that attitude!
You have absolutely nothing valuable to give or say, have you? I do not have any clients, I don't offer services sorry. Clearly he isn't an SEO 'expert' whether or not he claims to be one or not. Why not help him out though and help him better serve his clients by teaching him a bit or two about heading tags? Excuse me for helping educate others.
I actually agree with you believe it or not.... But what does pee me off is people posing as something they are very obviously not! You seem to me like you have some common sense there, I don't understand why you cannot understand how appaling this is to be honest. I actually help many many people, very often for free in changing their lifes on the internet. But people like the above OP should be discouraged and abolished, not encouraged...
Heading TAG is second to the keyphrase in domain, in regards of SEO importance. He is increasing his post count. So we are too.
Eh, I understand completely where you are coming from here. It seems like %75 of new posts on this forum now a days are from new accounts, asking the same questions over and over again. We are on the same page here, just viewing it in a different light.
