Think the overall design is good - however I feel that the text in the main body (from 'welcome ...') is too big and plain. I once read that typing in capitals is the equivalent of shouting at someone and the size of the asserts that notion. The size and plainess of the text is in contrast with the elegant font at the top of the page.

It seems too in my face really. Things are too big and plain.

Also you need to anti-alias the text in the images.

    1. Get rid of pop up ads, seriously... everybody hates them.

    2. Way to many of the text ads. If you are going to use ads, try and keep them to the typical banners because everything else tends to be too obtrusive to the users experience.

    3. No reason to display my own IP address. If I wanted to know my own IP address I would go to whatismyip.net or something. It is just pointless text there to take up space.

    4. Disclaimer needs to move away from the edges and needs some padding. I also suggest using a smaller font. Your eyes are immediately drawn to it, while disclaimers usually should be out of the way and hidden.

    5. The 'warning' at the top that says "The best way of uploading files to shareanytime is, using SAT Uploader." shouldn't be up there. Incorporate it into the content somehow instead of confusing your average user.
