I'm building out a new web property using WP and looking to potentially use the Genesis Framework. I've heard it's the best thing you can get for optimizing your word press code. Has anyone used it and what do you think? How does it compare against the Thesis framework? I've used thesis before and I liked it, but the themes from SP make design less intensive out of the box.
I have tried both, to me, Thesis is better, for customization it has custom files that we can edit. In Genesis, we have to edit the core files, which are more complicated, or the other alternative, buying child theme, another cost. At least it was a few months ago..No idea if it is now changed..
