How is search engine market share determined?

    It depends on who you ask. Some search engines use their own data to compare to others. Some don't give any data and are tracked in other ways: Surveys, polls, toolbars etc. You will have to look into the specific comparison and read how they made it.

    Oh...and dinosaurs are just big lizards...
