not very popular in my opinion as i haven't seen a lot of merchants offering okpay as a payment processor. only the three big ones are offered: payza, liberty reserve, and paypal

I work for about 2 months with them and I can not yet talk about their reliability. But their website is very nice with friendly interface. Also there is fast support service. The only thing - they are not popular. For example, I hearned about them from my friends. But I think with such services, they will gain popularity quickly.
