I have put a terms of service on my site. Its a like directory/portal site that links to proxies. http://www.facebookproxies.org/tos.php
This may be a bit of a oxy moron as I can't access it due to the proxy where I am at. (lol). But I have a question: If you dont know your terms and requirements of service of the user, how are we suppose to know??
Are you saying the proxy your using, my site returns "Can't connect to server" or 403? or your blocked by websene or something. lol
oops I surf alot with adblock on. Becuase I can't produce invalid impressions on my own CPM ads and pops and I forget. I removed the pops and Kontera from the terms of service page.
Well as section (5) of my terms of service. I disclaim no liability and warn users not use the web proxies services for accessing sensitive data such as banking websites. Does that part alright?
I think that section is fine and a good warning. You might want to change the name of that section from "Suggestions" to "Warning" or "Prohibited Uses". Calling it "suggestions" makes it seem optional.
Okay good idea. I renamed section (5) , and I have revised the terms and services in section (1) to include that it is unacceptable to access banks and such and refer back to section (5) from there to warn users not use my service for accessing sensitive data. Okay I'm confused
No, the proxy server my internet connection is currently on auto-filters 'proxy avoidance' sites. If I could get to your site, it would make the proxy I am on pointless lol. So as part of this proxies filtering, it disallows sites that are proxies.
