    The design isn't bad but there are too many ads on the page you should remove
    some of the ads and the "Powered by..." at the bottom of the page is not aligned
    correctly with the template.

    Where did you get the template?
    I suspect that it has been ripped from the original template.
    The BIG glype you see on the bottom of the page is caused by the script itself due to it does not find link to glype.
