    well i would suggest you to place adsense after first post instead of below the header , and the side bar one looks nice to easily blended , you can place a 728 width text link ad unit below the header

    looks fine...but the ad on the right nav bar could be change to a wide scraper...by doing this you can add more posts in your site...

    add a few banner or half banners between your posts...
