How is my adsense placement on my personal blog?

Hello,
I've had my blog up about a month and not recieved many clicks (I've made some money but not much). I'd like some of you experts to give me some tips on what to do with my adsense placement as well as any other tips would be appreciated. It's a personal site so there's not much directed traffic except on certain articles that get a lot of traffic like the motorcycle one.

Try left-aligning the 728x90 banner so it aligns along with the blog posts, then change the link color to black so it matches somewhat.

 

You can try and advertise affiliate products in every other articles.

 

try to use ads link above 728x90 banner

 

try adding and 160x600 in the left side or right side. and maybe an 468x60 inside the first or second post.

you can add the link ad units too. just below the main navigation links. that will work good.

and get more traffic too.

do any of you have some examples of what you mean? It's hard to read into the details with some one sentence responses? I'm not being ungrateful for your help but simply confused?

 

Use skycraper on your sitewide, it is better if make it to img ads

 

yea some of the tips given by the above members are good ones..

 

Instead of using a link unit slip in between the content, why not consider using ad unit instead? You could also add one more ad unit maybe a skyscaper on the sidebar to see whether that helps.
