    hey man...i think it is plain lazy either u are new to adsense or very lame..

    surf the internt and see sites as many as you can to see different ad placements..the present ad placemnets wont help u at all..

    browser internet ...a lot thats the key..

    Your sites need some improvement in Design aspects. Design plays a main role in visitors mind.

    I think your are using a adsense ready template. Improve that with a professional touch.
