How is my ad placement? Could I improve it?

    Hey people.
I've currently re-designed my blog, and tweaked the Adsense a little. I seem to be earning a good steady amount with these ads, but I was just wondering if the ads in your opinion are in the best place? Also, I have read that if you're using Adsense on your site, you need a Private Policy telling the users what you do with their data. - In our case, nothing. Is this true?

    Thankyou in advance.

If possible I would stick a 300x250 or 468x60 in between or at the end of some of the posts

You're only allowed 5 ads on a page right? Should I move one of the ads from near the search to below a post?
    Thankyou for your reply :)

No privacy notice on your site is a TOS violation. You must incorporate a statement in your privacy statement that incorporates information about Google's DART Cookie. If you want to see information on the dart cookie statement you can see it on my TRCMGT dot Com website

That's what I would do. Also like the Thegreenovator stated you should have a privacy policy on your site.

I thought you were only allowed 3 per page?

Anyway looks ok but maybe you don't need a single line of ads above and below the search box. It seems a bit overkill to me. I'd move that to the left sidebar or below each post but hey we're different! :p

Thankyou for your replies. I have now added a Privacy Policy, and I'll look into moving an ad below one of the posts.
    Again, thanks!

you need a privacy policy, it's NOT about what you do with the user data, but what google does with it.
Also the maximum number on one page is 3 ad units, 3 link units and 2 adsense search boxes.

I think you're doing fine with the ad placement, at least it's original. Just one critic, you mispelled "Advertisment" above the ad unit on the left, and you'd be better off without any label anyway, but up to you..

Oh, thanks for that! I've decided to delete the label.
And I've added a policy, and I've linked to it within the footer of the site. Thanks.
