How is it done when visitor fills in email, clicks submit and redirected to another page? Is it PHP script? Can it be done with autoresponders like aweber?

Yes you can use aweber or PHP.
With PHP you create the form and once the form is submitted you set the header to the page you want to redirect to.

i wasn't referring to phplist, never heard of it.
this is very simple to do in php, you should be able to build one yourself.
