How is he able to put that many (8) G ads on a single page

    No, they can't display more than 3 Adsense blocks on 1 page. Only premium publishers can...and to get there you need 20.000.000 pageviews/month

    Wow, there is a ban coming up.. Google will have stuff to flag up sites that are showing more than the allowed number of ads per page.

    I think some of what look like ads are Refferral Units... They can look the same... view the source code.

    If you check the source code, he's using an iframe script to serve up all those ads.

    he is using some very different method for displaying those ads. Frames? CSS? god knows.

    That site is violating TOS.

    This kind of sites will get banned way before they got their first check from Google.
    Just ignore them and focus on your sites ;)
