How is this system? Legit? Just wondering, as i seen many sites have that as a payout method. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
I've used it in the past with 100% success rate getting money in and out. The fees is a little on the high side and the site doesn't seem as featured rich or polished as Paypal, but I would trust it. I wouldn't say I'm 100% comfortable with leaving a whole wad of cash in them, but it's still okay to use. I believe they have a $300 a day withdrawal limit... or something like that...
They are certain legit and Digital River uses them. However the only thing I do not like is that they offer a VISA Electron card which does not seems to be accepted everywhere. They offer both a physical card number and a virtual number which complicate things. But as a ATM card, it works great.
