how install free forum script

i want to install free forum script in my website

plz tell me how i can install , plz tell in detail

i have a forum script with this install information but i dont understand

To install freeForum, you will need:
- a web server with php and mysql,
- to download the most recent version of freeForum.

To install:
1- Create a folder for freeForum on your server (YOUR_FOLDER).
2- Modify config.php to your liking.
3- Transfer the content of the freeForum archive to YOUR_FOLDER
4- Make sure that the PHP scripts have write access to the 2 files in YOUR_FOLDER/Data/(this can be done with your ftp program).
5- Open the file YOUR_FOLDER/install.php in a web-browser.
6- Delete the file YOUR_FOLDER/install.php.
7- Secure YOUR_FOLDER with a .htaccess or something similar.

You're done! Check on the freeForum homepage for usage notes!

i dont understand this topic it means i create your_folder in my ftp account-www folder?

 

you name "Your_folder" whatever you want to name it.

One Database of Mysql with control panle access
FTP access
and zip file of forum script (if it is open source, give script name or path)
