How Important is Website Design when it comes to Real Estate websites?

    I have seen may attractive website and good design is one of the factor that allow user to stop and stay on the website.

    Do you think for real estate website a good design is necessary? If yes then what kind of design you prefer... whats your take on it?

    I like them to be easy to navigate have good color theory i.e. greens, blues and grey that are easy on the eyes for people who may be spending some time on the site.

    well for inspiration use google to get some ideas that actually what architecture or design used by your competitors while designing there website, use template monster and study there website designs and from there design i guarantee you can design far better website

    Design is the important part of the website. Your website should be presentable easy to navigate and attractive color scheme.

    Whether it's a real estate website or any other websites (except for portals---hehehe); layout places a vital role in bringing back visitors to your site.

    If your website has:
    - a nice layout
    - easy to navigate links
    - less and properly used images
    - arranged content

    Then no wonder visitors will find your site interesting and worth to spend time on.

    But if your site:
    - isn't well managed (content and images)
    - has no proper linking
    - has confused layout and navigation

    Then you can get the picture of how your visitors would respond.
