How important is to have keywords in your domain?

    It does matter. It makes you easy on your rankings. People say it does not count when it comes to climbing up the serps but it really does matters.

    It is one of the factors in the search engine algorithm. Search for a video by Matt Cutts on youtube titled "How Search Works" for a confirmation from the source. My opinion is that it is a pretty important one too. Think of any domain name which contains a keyword...than Google the keyword. Chances are that the site containing the key word in the URL will come up on the first page.
