From the single function printer to mulch-function printer have appeared in all size and color. When we have a new devices such as a laptop, desktop computer, smartphone or tablet we also feel the need to get a quality printer. But is it really important to have a printer?
Printer is always useful for you, if you need attend interview you need resume then u use printer for print, when you like any document you need printer, if you need printed image u need printer so i think u need always printer, one word without printer no any work
oopps sorry that for my wrong spell it should have been "Multi-function" a printer that do more than print, it can do document scanning and photo-copying as well the better term that i should have used is All-in-one.
Primarily the purpose of printer is to have a hard copy of your file / documents. That's it and will always be. The additional function like scanning, photo copy, fax (?), wi-fi printing is just an added value to enjoy your printer with latest technology and portability. Having multi-purpose will surely save money, space in your house and electricity.
Printer is really important for having hard copy of your files. I think not only printer, all in 1 will be a great option if u buy printer. Scanning, photocopy and fax is also important along with printer.
Yeah,printer is the most essential part of the computer peripheral.You can use it for multipurpose use like scanning,printing,xerox etc.I think i don't have to describe it's application anymore.
