How important is Search engine URLs? If my site is running 2 years without them, should i invest in changing them? Will it definitely help my positions or is it a myth to make me pay more money?
It helps some but I would NOT change if your site has been going for 2 years. It will cause more problems than it would do good.
It depends...how many posts do you have? It may get you a "marginal" benefit if you have a few posts and they have lots of juice... Best Eric
If he does proper 301 redirecting he'll be fine, the only problem that comes into play is the fact of the temporary SERPs drop as the value is passed long. From my experience it seems SERPs recover much fast than Pagerank, but then who really can tell about Pagerank since the visual Pagerank isn't updated that often.
Again - could you comment a bit more about the SEF- is google really giving it that much wheight? Does it count like keywords in A title? I have a few important pages in my site, and many others that are just trying to make the site relevant for the strong pages. Should i change for the SEF?
