Ive been learning that by giving the index extension page a good name is a surety that you will get crawled faster and the robots come back randomly".

for example dog-food/healthfood.html has a very well known presence is the slash okay I know the dash is fine? any hints on how to name a page;)

google likes to see the keyword in the domain. naming your files according to your keyword will help for sure.
