I don't think there's anyone who truly believes that money is the most important thing in their lives. However, how important is money to you, and can you put a dollar amount that is going to enrich your life to the point of being happy because of it? For me personally money equals freedom. Most importantly, it frees up time which is our only real un-renewable resource. One of my primary goals in life is to find ways to a passive income so that I don't need to trade eight hours a day of my life in order to get a paycheck. How much does money weigh in your world?
Money to me is very important and the more i have the better, its the main reason i get out of bed every morning.
It's no.2 one my priority list . Money doesn't buy happiness but it buys you a delightful form of sadness
Thats the only thing due to which you are here! And its too much important for anyone. No one can live well without it.
This thread - or rather the answers in it - make me worry about the mentality of human beings in this day and age. Does nobody care about life any more? Money's all there is for you? Money doesn't mean shit. Obviously, you do need money; I'm not denying that.. But nobody needs copious amounts of money. It's nice to buy a nice car or something now and again but who really needs to. My loved ones mean far more to me than money ever will. I'd rather throw away every penny than people I love.
The only reason money is important to me is because I want to give my children a better life. I value love, family, true friendships, good health, and inner happiness more. Of course you have to have some money to buy food, shelter, and the basic necessities of life. I wish everyone had at least that much money. Aside from that money only buys things and things break, wear out, or go away.
I confess that money is quite important to me. For I have to support the whole family. At present, my only purpose is to make more money and improve the life standard of my family. But to be frank, I really know someone who never touch money in the whole life. I'm quite appreciate of this kind of person.
money is very important to me because is the only way to lived, everything in life requires money...so yes money is VERY VERY VERY important to me
I think everyone who lives in the US would agree with me if I said: If you make between 5 and 10 thousand a month you can live a decent, independent life and allow yourself a lot of toys along the way. I am not striving for real riches (if they come - great!) but to have a decent income is a necessity. And I agree with you wholeheartedly, with money comes freedom. A poor person is a slave to everyone and everything. So to be well off is far, far better in all respects.
My goal is to have passive income that requires very little work. The real goal is to free up all the time you would be trying to earn money and do what you love to do. I would recommend the book "4 hour work week" by Tim Ferris.
Money is something that can truly help me in helping others. Sounds silly, but yes, for me I want to have lots of money in order to help others achieve their goals in life. I'm not a hypocrite to tell you guys that I don't want the to make my life much better than before, but I also consider the first one. As go up the ladder, I want everybody to be with me too. Yes, I might be using them, yet I will give something what they actually deserve. Most people needs somebody to lead them in achieving their dreams in life.
I think you need money for food, basic creature comforts, for retirement and enjoy some of the good things in life.
we all need money!! but i prefer the money earned with hardworking.. orelse ur much better in poverty!
