How Implement something from another site ?

Hello everyone,

There is a website for free SMS and to send messages you need to login first then in your profile you can send,

I want to make a page in my website to send sms using that website, I can use iframes but that is not good .

I searched for solutions but I can't find the correct one , I found about CURL and Parsing HTML but I can't understand them together,

any help will be great , tutorial or even tell me what to do.
