First site definitely does. Second one is questionable because it could simply be a decorative image.

 

Agreed with Mr.X

The first one is against the tos now, the second could pass, but they might have to put a few line breaks between the pig images and ad.

Also the second site looks to be a premium publisher (no black border lines between the 4 ad units), so they might have more leeway than us regulars.

 

Isn't easier for you to ask them straight away?

 

Again, i think the first one might be a violation, but the second looks to be a nice placement.
