    Yahoo directory is something you have to pay for.

    If you want to submit your site to yahoo directory then it is chargeable. you need to pay some amount to yahoo annual basses.But on the other hand in Dmoz it is not chargeable but it take min time 9 months to 1 year to submit your site to Dmoz.
