It takes moderately deep pockets to do marketing research; a small focus group in an emerging market country could cost in the neighborhood of $10,000 and up. Surveys can cost even more. I've had good luck with using Amazon Mechanical Turk (as someone who requests stuff like surveys, not as someone who fills them out). The system is run by Amazon.com and people who want to post up work such as surveys must pre-pay Amazon, which makes it less likely that they'll vanish overnight without paying you.

Even many websites sign u up and post that spam you ! they say we would email you when there is a survey of your interest.
