    I was also having problem in opening an account on google plus but I read about this link here: 'http://www.techyv.com/questions/how-can-i-use-google-plus" Here you find more information and steps to follow in opening the account. Hope this will help you out. :)

    if you have a gmail id, you can simply login with that email id, or you can signup for google accounts

    Its easy I signed up yesterday from home page. Lol there was a blue arrow pointing.Check out home page as theres link also below google logo.

    Google+ is now open. Just create a google account (gmail) and you are automatically can join the new social network of google. Look for the +You button in the upper left of google.
