How I Shrink Editor Icons to 116px by 16px??

    I've been searching hours for their width and height.. couldn't seem to find it.. the vB DEFAULT size is 21px by 20px which is too LARGE for my themes.. how could I resize this?

    Download the images and resize them using any image editor.
    Upload them with the same filename.
