hello and welcome to the DP! I believe I have seen at least 3 threads about blog SEO. I recommend you do some search and then return here and ask questions here. IMO that is very complicated subject.
If my understanding is correct. You are looking to give your Blog a better Rank? If this is the case, i would recommend the following steps: * Increase the "interlinking" within your Blog (Link other Blog posts within relevant other posts on your site) * Research your keywords using the "Google Adwords Keyword Tool" and write in the higher ranking for increased traffic (YOU MUST WORK HARD WITH SUCH KEYWORDS IN ORDER TO GET HIGHLY RANKED THOUGH) * Write fresh "original" content and place a keyword or two within your posts (Make sure it makes sense!) * Create one or two "FREE" Blogs on Wordpress or Blogger and write content related to your Blog. Using this method, link "once or twice" to your main Blog and then gain your "FREE" Blogs some links through directories and forums. * Post useful comments on other websites that you know are "Do-Follow" (Find a list first)...
