how i put data base

i have vb forum many time get back up form cpanel myphpadmin i want how i insert my old data base in my forum any one help me insert

whene ever i insert face sql data base error

You should use bigdump to import your database. If you are having problem PM we with your site and account details. I will import the database for you.

In PhpAdmin there would be tab called Import

Click on it and Select the file to import (i.e your database SQL file)

that's it


If your Database is small enough then you can open the .sql backup file and copy the source and you can execute it on SQL Query..

 

yes i do that but i face some sql data base error on some table only import data base?

 

Please copy and paste the error.

You could also try using BigDump to import it, or send a link to the .sql file to your host/server provider and ask them to import it.

If you have a server, then import using SSH. It is the easiest way.
